Preparing References

I am not currently accepting description references. All requests must come with picture references.

An Image board of past commissions of your character is also acceptableA short, concise description of your character's personality is also very helpful to get an idea of how to draw them. (I don’t need their whole BG story, just their personality)

PROCESS AND PAYMENT

Payments done via PAYPAL only

▪Upon accepting your commission, I will send you sketches until the final sketch is approved. I hold the right to refuse an order if I am not comfortable drawing it.
▪After approval, I will not continue your commission until payment has been processed.
▪I will send progress shots every once in a while so you can have any adjustments made as needed. Major revisions to the drawing after approvals are subject to a fee. (i.e. changes that require the whole drawing to be remade after the initial sketch was previously approved.)
▪Turnaround time is from 4 days - 2 weeks. If anything should arise on my end, you will be notified of any delays.

USAGE

▪Commissioned art is for personal use only meaning you can use it for social media icons, banners, personal printing to display, anything that does not result in monetization/profit.
▪I retain the copyright of all artwork I make, meaning you are not allowed to modify, copy, trace, use as a base, or any other form of stealing and claiming it as your own.
▪Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; Blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes is strictly prohibited.

refund policy

▪ Prices are in USD and paid via PayPal (other methods currently unavailable)
▪ Prices may vary depending on complexity of design or incurred fees. (i.e. revision fee, commercial rights, etc.)
▪ Payment has to be in full if $120 or less, or a 50% down payment if value is higher than $120 (final 50% is due upon delivering a watermarked version of the final product).
▪ Any cancellations must be done before payment. If an invoice has already been sent out, make sure to notify me so I can cancel it. (Invoices have a due date of a week and will incur a fee if not paid for in the allotted time.)
▪ There are no refunds after payment has been processed and work has begun except in the outcome where I cannot fulfill the commission wherein I will provide a full refund (more info in Section 8.c. in the full ToS).
